HOW WE HANDLE COMPLIANCE

Six Ways e2pdf Upholds These Terms

Following these terms is not just about protecting e2pdf — it is about making sure your account, your funds via UPI or Paytm, and your data are handled consistently and fairly.

Data Handling

Your personal data is processed only for account management, transaction verification and customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties. Retention periods follow applicable Indian data protection frameworks and are reviewed annually.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to measure page performance. You can adjust cookie preferences from the settings panel. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to access the lobby or complete a UPI deposit.

Account Security

Two-step verification is available on every account and strongly encouraged. If suspicious activity is detected on your account, we lock it immediately and notify you by the contact method you registered. Reactivation requires identity confirmation before any withdrawal is processed.

Data Retention

Transaction records, including PhonePe and Paytm payment logs, are retained for a minimum period required by applicable law. After that window, you may request deletion of non-essential data through the Help Centre ticket system.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute about how a term has been applied to your account is first handled by our internal review team within five business days. If unresolved, you may escalate through the formal arbitration process described in Section 9 of the full terms document.

Requesting Changes

To request a correction to your account data or to withdraw consent for a specific data use, submit a written request via the Help Centre. We aim to confirm receipt within one business day and complete the action within 14 days.

Yes. Appendix A of the full terms covers India-specific access conditions, local payment rails, and the circumstances under which account access depends on local law. Where local law permits, all platform features described in these terms are available to you.

Write to us through email or the Help Centre with your account ID and the specific clause you feel was misapplied. Our internal review team will assess the case within five business days and send you a written decision with a clear explanation.
